Haven't received my order. They don't want to refund. Scam!!

Wow! ANOTHER MISLEADING COMPANY ONLINE The web page had Canadian on this website. On August 11/22 about 11.00 am EST I ordered what they described as “A Last Day Special Sale - Full-Wrapped Universal Stretch Sofa Cover x1 $28.67” + $2.95 shipping The order summary was not Canadian dollars. It was $31.62 usd. When I looked at my credit card from PayPal. the charges are $38.51 pending and $53.10 approved payable to PayPal Becheercolt. The sofa cover was advertised for $28.27 Cdn$. In addition on inquiry I discovered it was not a sofa cover but more suitable for a chair. Within less than 30 minutes I asked for a cancellation and a refund stating that the cover was not a fit for my sofa. I also notified PayPal. Holdenpretty responded August 11, 6.27 p.m and said the order was processed shipped and cannot be cancelled and for me to be patient and wait for delivery. I told them it is not my experience that shipping and handling happens so quickly and I don’t believe this is the case.I had multiple conversations with them. I notified my credit card company and they cancelled my card and said they will dispute the charges if they are approved. Don’t get involved with this company. I don’t see any return policy. I am not sure if I will get my money back. I tried to find out where they are located, I don’t believe they have a specific location.I saw something about UK.

Saw beautiful earrings advertised online, What I received was a very poor cheap nasty pair of earrings nothing like the pictures on the website. Gave them a chance to put the situation right but was told I had received what I ordered so no refund. I did tell them that their advertising is misleading. Customers service terrible, item terrible, avoid at all costs!
