I ordered the wrong size watch strap for my Omega watch and requested an RMA which I received. I packed up the item to be exchanged and hand wrote a note what size I needed for the exchange. I received a FedEx delivery receipt and emailed it to Hodinkee. It has been over three weeks and not a word back from them. BTW- I sent two emails to customer support. I will shop elsewhere from hence forward!!

Terrible customer service, do not respond to emails. Package looked like it had been run over by a truck, they have yet to respond to my request for credit due to damaged item.

Very poor! Ordered a watch it was never delivered, in the end sent back to them I had to wait over a month to get my money back. Very slow to reply to emails if they do and unhelpful. I would never order a watch from them again.
