My niece chose Hockwold Hall as her wedding venue because of the beautiful spacious marquee, the gardens allowing the actual wedding ceremony in a beautiful separate space and being animal lovers access to all the onsite meerkats, goats and rabbits firmed up the decision. It certainly did not disappoint - the hall was easy to find with plenty of parking. Richard and his team were so friendly and attentive (a particularly helpful waitress called Audrey served us throughout), the food was delicious and plentiful and the venue itself was stunning. The dance floor was a gem too and staying in the annexe bungalow was perfection, literally 4 mins walk from the main hall. We all went to a nearby venue for breakfast which was delicious and again we were superbly looked after. All in all it was everything my niece n her hubby hoped for and all the day was perfect.

We had such a lovely experience at Hockwold Hall. It’s a beautiful wedding venue with so much charm and character, and the grounds are absolutely stunning. The whole setting makes for such a perfect backdrop for a wedding. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout, and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The atmosphere was amazing, and you can tell how much care goes into making each event special.

i attended a wedding here in the spring and it was so lovely. the team were incredible, especially Molly & Beth who made the day run seamlessly. The owner was also incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a wedding venue, we all had a fab time.

We absolutely loved staying at the Hall, the staff were warm and friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and looked after us really well. The hall itself is lovely, fabulous gardens and ohhh the adorable animals, they were so sweet. Specially the meercats! We felt welcomed and looked after, we'd definitely visit again. Highly recommend them.

A perfect English country setting. Made extraordinary by the presence of peacocks parading. The staff went above and beyond on every step of the way.

Every single person we came across — from the wonderful owner and amazing wedding coordinators, to the bar staff and caterers — was absolutely impeccable. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine desire to make our day special truly meant the world to us. Nothing was ever too much trouble. No request was too small, and every little detail was handled with such care and attention. We never once felt like we were asking too much; instead, we felt completely supported throughout, which allowed us to relax, be present and truly enjoy every precious moment of our day. Hockwold Hall itself is simply breathtaking. The beautiful, picturesque surroundings create the most magical setting, and there is something so incredibly special about celebrating such an important moment in such a beautiful place. But what makes Hockwold Hall truly unforgettable is the people. The whole team went above and beyond, and we will forever be grateful for the care, warmth and effort they put into making our day everything we dreamed it would be. We left with not only the most wonderful memories, but also such a genuine appreciation for everyone who helped make them possible. Hockwold Hall will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us a day we will treasure forever.

Amazing venue ground are very well kept and clean, all staff were happy to help with everything and made the day an enjoyable experience

The whole team at Hockwold hall are just incredible, they go out of their way to make sure every detail is just as you need it to be Nothing is too much for them, I couldn’t recommend them enough for your special day We also met with the owners of this fabulous venue and you couldn’t ask to meet two nicer people.
