Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this to anyone. Before I enrolled, I was not informed that the sessions would be pre-recorded. This was a major disappointment because I expected live, interactive classes. I was convinced to purchase a 3-month plan based on promises that were not fulfilled. They claimed each class would last one hour, but the trainer, Rahul Sabbarwal, recorded session ended in around 40 minutes. Customer support was equally disappointing. I had a genuine family emergency and requested to pause my subscription for a few days. Instead of showing any flexibility, they simply refused, saying it was against their policy. Once they have your payment, they don't seem interested in helping customers. The marketing creates expectations that the service simply doesn't meet. My overall experience felt misleading, and I regret spending my money on this program. Save your money and your time. There are far better platforms that provide transparent information, better customer support, and much better value for the price. I would never recommend this to anyone.
