Was sent wrong product
Was sent wrong product, their mistake, returned it in unopened package and purchased right one. Tried 4 times to get credit and was told each time that they would call me back but never did.

ALWAYS EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS
HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS FROM AND YOU AND PLAN TO ORDER MORE IN THE FUTURE. I REALLY LIKE KNOWING THE STATUS OF MY ORDERS EASILY. UNLIKE SOME OF THE COMPETITION, I GOT INSTANT CONFIRMATION, BUT I SAW QUICKLY, WITHIN 24 HOURS THAT MY ITEM HAD BEEN PULLED AND SHIPPED. AWESOME TO SEE INSTEAD OF "IN PROCESSING FOR DAYS". WHEN I SEE PAYPAL PAYMENT NOTIFICATION, IT SEEMS I SIMULTANEOUSLY SEE STATUS MOVED TO SHIP. I OFTEN RECEIVE THE ITEM FASTER THAN THE ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM TELLS ME THAT IT'S OUT FOR DELIVERY. My only problem..I should have bought…
My only problem..I should have bought the flight simulator first..Lol. But really a good experience, everything was in the box nothing missing. I'll definitely choose Hobyzone again!
