I appreciate the support to get things corrected when my expectations were not met, especially regarding the process to cancel my subscription. I do not like the way I was subscribed to the process. I would have loved to continue with the platform, but I currently feel I was tricked into joining, as it was only linked to a Temu promotion, and I only found myself here after clicking a few buttons.
