HRP has a HUGE issue keeping things in stock. This is the first time I've managed to find enough products that were in stock to make an order worthwhile, and even then, between the time I submitted the order, and the time it shipped, 2 of the products I ordered went out of stock. Real work needs to be done on keeping things in stock.

After nearly three months of being the sole supplier of Thunder Tiger Victoria, HRP has no inventory to support the popular Victoria sailboat. Thunder Tiger eliminated other sources but did not support HRP. Poor business move!

Parts are more costly than Hobby shops for reason, but I had a big problem with paying two to three times more for shipping of small parts even with USPS. Customer service is not available most of the time.

I would by elsewhere if I had a choice but it seems this is the only place to buy parts for my Team C trucks that I can get shipped to Canada. Being the only place to buy you would think that all items are stocked all the time but of course this is not the case. I have been waiting over a month to see new stock on some items. Add to that that the shipping prices are completely outrageous and the shipping process takes way too long for what we are expected to pay. Unfortunate because there are a lot of good products here but I wont spend the amounts on shipping that are required.

The prices here are reasonable, and would have been perfectly fine if the order had worked out. I chose the shipping option for 2-day delivery because I was in a hurry and this was one of very few sites offering the option. Two days later I received an email telling me my order was cancelled because they do not offer expedited shipping on the item in question. It would be great for future customers to simply remove that option from the drop down menu in the ordering process. Had I not been able to select the unfulfillable shipping option, I wouldn't have lost two days on the item I needed.

Over a week and nothing yet

I paid for shipping by usps express mail but they sent me by priority mail without tracking. I sent several emails but did not respond. It's my first purchase and I was very disappointed
