Saint a résolu mon problème très rapidement.

Charged us a membership we didn't want. We ordered an item then was taken to hobbynix which they then charged me for a subscription I never wanted, we didn't even know about this subscription until we received an email saying 'Thankyou for you subscription'. Got in touch with hobbynix telling them I never agreed to it as I just ordered an item. They told us we hadn't ordered anything but we subscribed to their membership costing £55 plus £6 per month, they also took £6 from my account then tried again to take another. They said we could receive a refund but not until we gave them a 4* review on trustpilot, I told them no review until I received my refund. They still told me I couldn't get anything back until I gave a 4* review, so that's what I did. I have my refund back now so this is my honest review, hobbynix are very unprofessional and total scammers, beware.

Suite à un achat sur le site MaisonBirkin.club, j'ai été abonnée de force et prélevée de 14,95 € par Hobbynix sans mon consentement. Pour couronner le tout, le service réclamation refuse de me rembourser tant que je ne publie pas un avis. C'est du chantage pur et simple, ce qui est strictement interdit par la loi française et par les règles de Trustpilot. Je signale immédiatement cette fraude à SignalConso et à ma banque pour rétrofacturation. Fuyez ce site !

I don't know how it's activated and my money got debited and I sincerely request that please cancel my subscriptions and never debit any amount from my account and give me my refunds as soon as possible.
