If I could give 0 stars I would. False advertising, shocking quality items nothing like advertised and customer service are a disgrace.

Ordered a shirt on 13th July. After not receiving three weeks later I chased. I was told that the shirt was out of stock and asked me to choose another. There was nothing that I wanted so I requested a refund on 11th August. After not receiving the refund in my account over two months later again I chase, only to be told that the refund had been issued. I repeatedly requested proof that the refund was successful (asked for Hobbyball to provide me with the evidence of the successful processor's refund transaction reference (an ARN, or a PayPal/Stripe refund ID). All they gave me was a screenshot from their own software. Not evidence that the money was ever sent. I spent over $30 for the shirt and I received nothing and was never refunded. This is no way to treat customers and for that reason I would suggest that you avoid Hobbyball at all costs and take your business elsewhere. Looking at other reviews this has happened to many people.

Considering the world cup was running when I ordered, service and delivery was prompt, and they answered all correspondence quickly. Quality and attention to detail is next level but definitely order 1 size up from your usual. In short, I've ordered again and will definitely keep ordering.

Bought a Barcelona and Brazil shirt, both excellent quality, the qr code on the tag even takes you to the Nike website. Customer service excellent asked questions about the sizing and delivery time both answered promptly. I went a size up as was recommended and it fits perfect.
