Having HOA Express for our relatively small single family owned HOA has been a great experience! As a very non-tech savvy person myself, I've found it very easy to create & design pages & content within it. HOA Express has definitely "fit the bill" for us as far as a much more efficient & cost-effective communications tool for our Board when it comes to providing updates & information to our membership. It's very user-friendly for both the Board & Members, and when assistance is needed, the Tech Support is very responsive & knowledgeable. Highly recommend HOA Express to anyone looking for a website, especially if your HOA is new to implementing & designing one!

Our condo association has existed without a website for many years. As a new board member, I was tasked with the assignment to create one for our HOA. Not having much experience with website creation, I was excited to discover HOA Express. My first zoom meeting with Meredith at HOA Express went exceedingly well, as she guided me thru the setting up of a domain name and the easy to use templates, in order to create our own unique personalized site. Within 2 weeks of going live with the site, all of our unit owners have registered and are now active users. As the administrator for our website, I have found that implementing many of our unit owners requests and the uploading of files and documents to be very easy and intuitive to manage. I have received many compliments from our unit owners, all thanks to the the assistance of Meredith and her team at HOA Express!

First, the HOA Express web building system is a walk in the park - super user friendly. And, even better, if you need "tech assistance" the staff is extremely responsive, technically competent and just plain cheerful. Very competitive price structure is icing on the cake. Our community loves our new HOA Express website.

After exploring Wix and Go Daddy website portals, I decided that HOA Express was most appropriate for building my condo association website. It was definitely the right choice. While costing a few dollars more per month than the others, it is well worth it for several reasons: the platform is tailored to homeowner or condo associations so all the needed pages and member rosters are designed for such users so there is very little design needed and the data on members and documents are simply loaded into the existing pages. While I am comfortable with computers and standard software, I didn’t know anything about building a website and was very anxious to take it on for fear of it being too complex and time-consuming. Neither was the case. It was simple, easy and quick. From start to finish, I had it done in just over a week of part time work. But that’s not the best of it! The best surprise was the technical support that I received from Meredith through the online chat. It started with an “onboarding call” where she introduced the platform and, since I had spent 3-4 hours already exploring and testing the site, she answered all of my questions easily and all of the features that I wanted and needed on the site were already there. But what happened in the following 10 days was what made all of the difference to me. Meredith kept our chat open and responded almost immediately to all of my many questions – sometimes late into the evening with clear and concise answers and screenshots to make it easy for me to resolve my questions and complete whatever task I was working on. She was patient, knowledgeable, very responsive, and totally clear on her answers and helped me deal with a couple of unique issues that she could easily have passed on. I am shocked by how easy it was to set up the website so quickly and by Meredith’s great support. She treated me like I was her only customer and made me feel totally comfortable in administering the site going forward. I urge any HOA or Condo Association readers of this comment to select HOA Express for building their website. You will be glad that you did!

The support staff at HOA Express is phenomenal. Very quick to respond, and always point me in the right direction. Plus the software is easy to navigate and implement. I highly recommend the product, but mostly, I highly commend the support staff for their courtesy, friendliness, humor, and smarts. Thank you!

Excellent product extremely easy/simple to configure and set up a full blown trial prototype. Board and members are very enthusiastic for new site launch coming soon.
