Driver show times inconsistent, difficult to verify status of driver with Henry customer service.

I requested a pickup for the above shipment to be delivered into COLUMBIA early in the next morning, following pickup. The next morning load had not been picked up and I was not kept advised.

I have not had any issues with any of the shipments that we have sent out with via HNRY Logistics. But i need Joe to be more attentive & respond in a timely manner. overall, good service.

Drive was good, helpful, and on time; equipment was what we ordered.
