YRC is a great company, HNRY - not so much - very disappointed Quote done at 4pm and booked at 430 but - no availability - something you should mention before you quoted we agreed that it could be picked up a day later as long as they were there by 8am at the marshaling field the next day the bol was incorrect and when I asked for a revision - they send the original -incorrect one. I could not track until it was delivered when I was able to track it - info was useless - no signatures no delivery time we paid to have it on site at 8am was it?
