I'm mainly using this review to reach out to HMP. I had a package that was supposed to be sent to me on July 18th and it ended up getting shipped back to CO because there was no forwarding address. USPS says it was delivered to my house but their GPS and even the stops leading up to the delivery says CO. I'm really hoping I can get it shipped back out or at least get a refund. I've heard good things about your company, and I really want to get off on the right foot. Update: It's now August 1st and I still haven't heard anything back. $200 lost.

HMP is a joke I hope yall know I’m laughing at yall Whole package lost in mail had to go through route to get refund HMP wouldn’t answer any emails what’s the point of having a email when yall don’t answer emails 🤦🏻 also why sky people to leave reviews if yall are just gonna report them right after

You guys told me on yesterday that you had sent me a link to fix my situation which was a lie there was never a link sent. There is also a difference which the names of the payment and delivery because i paid to have something sent to my husband which is perfectly unwrong for anyone to do. I want this situation fixed because I refuse to loose a couple hundred dollars and will contact the BBB if I have to.

Last items ordered took longer once they finally shipped Also I've spent HUNDREDS with this company, never got any free pre rolls or special discounts/offers as I see many reviewers have. I've taken my business elsewhere. Another turn off was the RUDENESS allowed on their discord server and mild bullying that I saw. That's unacceptable and unnecessary and if it were my channel I would not allow it watsoever!!

Item still says "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" after a full 3 weeks of waiting. Edit: Messaged support last week and have not gotten a word. At all. What a waste of money. Their website says "Complete order" But the USPS page says "USPS Awaiting Item" After about a MONTH. They basically went away with taking about $30 and went completely silent on me. No updates, nothing. Update: Still have not received an email back or anything. No charge back as well.

It took so long for order to ship I made a another order the following day. Received the second order on the 31st and never received my first order. Tracking for the first package still says waiting for usps scan to this day. Contacted the company got a email on aug 1st saying they would check on it and give me a update and never heard from them again. Also you can clearly feel a vacuum sealed jar through the paper thin bag so I’m not surprised at all someone stole it. Don’t even bother with these clowns!

Never received product and never received refund ordered on the 26th of July and still no updates with anything

I made an order, they wrote to me that they can not ship it and they will return money, but they didn’t. Looks like a scam.
