Too keep it short and sweet these dudes are amazing, reliable, fire products, and great vibes.

These guys are the best around product is very good quality service is on point and if there is ever a issue (which rarely happens they can't control weather and mechanical issues) they are on it and fix it. They definitely take care of their people. I have been with them now about a year and some change I wish I knew about these guys earlier keep doing what you guys are doing thumbs up and appreciate all you guys do. Thank you.

I had some product that was pretty harsh and hard to smoke. I emailed them to ask what could be done to fix the issue. They were very understanding and offered to give me what I payed in store credit plus an extra $50 for the inconvenience. I made my new order and ended up getting more product than originally.

Prompt and helpful customer service. They take the time for customers and that’s worth its weight in gold these days. Also everything I’ve received has been the same as the pictures on the site.

Great customer service. Get back to questions in a timely matter with clear answers to questions. Good product as well. Would have given 5 stars, but the prices can be a little high at times. It’s been a while since interacting with this company, mainly because of pricing. But have dealt with them at least 4 times, all experiences were good
