I started this not knowing anything about Real Estate, 2 months in and its been the best investment of my time and definitely worth the $20.

This community is amazing. The training excellent, especially for the price. Massive amounts of training available daily. The community is always available to answer questions. The community helpers are knowledgeable and will not try to steal your deals. You get immediate access to buyers that are here listening in in the training. This is a one stop shop so to speak for learning, practicing, finding, and selling. Plus he promises to never ever go up on price. This is not a greed motivated community. It’s a learning environment. Richard combines knowledge, ethics, and value.

If I’m being honest there are a lot of wholesale courses out there but Richard makes this affordable and gives the quickest method to get a deal which is implementation. Definitely feels like I’m getting way more value than I paid for.

Whatever you put in HMHW is what you get out of it. It's a great group that gives you so many resources, not only from Richard but from the other incredible people on his team. If you stay persistent, attend the livestreams, and make 10 calls every day, you WILL get a deal. Everyone is great and couldn't recommend more.

HMHW is an amazing mentorship program and a place to learn with little money out of pocket. There are hours of live teaching, plus there are thousands of people learning together and helping each other, creating a peer-to-peer environment that is just perfect for someone new to real estate investing.

Hold My Hand Wholesale is a great community and brilliant way to learn a side hustle that can help you improve your life. I am yet to make a deal however I know I haven’t put in the dedicated amount of work needed. I know that if you put in the work and keep up with consistency you will benefit from this! I only give it 4 stars because it isn’t meant for everyone, you need to be a good people person and good sales, which is nothing the business can do to change, as a business I say 5* but to help keep expectations at bay I’m giving 4*.
