Dr Seuss mask ordered 7/14 arrived w/o issue 7/28, received one of the two that were ordered. The elastic ear straps are too short/tight for adult wear & cannot be adjusted, VERY uncomfortable to wear, smashing the nose & hurting the ear. The mask design appealed to me, I should have read further. This is a single layer polyester & for the money, could have & should have been made better.

My order of the Dr, Seuss mask came in about 2 weeks. Very pleased. No trouble at at all.

I ordered 6 pcs of the Dr Zeus's mask ( 3 each from 2 different transactions) 2 weeks ago and just received them yesterday. I understand that they are made to order but that's a long time for the item to be produced and delivered. Anyway I only received 2 items, 1 from each order that I placed. I checked the email they sent me and it just said "Delivered" which means all items I ordered were all delivered. Tried reaching them but if you look at their website there is no phone number and just an email. Another thing that I would like to mention which is why I'm only giving them 1 star is the material of their mask. This type of fabric (polyester) is not meant for mask. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Should be zero stars. They use 2 shipping methods DHL which takes about 2 weeks to get the mask to KY, then the package stays in KY for at least a week awaiting USPS. This is ridiculous. Finally received masks. Very disappointed. Certainty not worth the $18.30 (includes tax, s&h) that I paid for them. It is only 1 layer. I bought nicer mask at Kohls ($5) and from Drake ($12).

Placed a substantial order for masks on 7/20. The order was certainly over the offer of FREE Shipping with orders over $75. When the order processed they charged me a $35 shipping fee. I have now been running around in circles trying to contact them concerning the overcharge of $35 shipping charges. I have sent several online forms trying to explain my issue with email responses saying my order cannot be modified. I do not want the order to be modified, I just want them to take off the shipping charges. I have yet to speak to an live representative, and find no way to make such a contact. They keep pushing you back to their web-page to file a claim - which is useless.

Ordered my mask; took my money from bank account; sent me 15 emails tracking my order; sent final email that I had received my mask in which I had not!!! SCAM! Do not order anything from this place!

I wish I could write a review, but I ordered masks 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received them. If they ever arrive I’ll update, but not holding my breath. Update: One layer of Poor quality fabric, short elastic,design can only be read up close, and water runs right through them. DO NOT BUY - was told I can only have them reprinted - I want a refund. Please let other people know that they are only good for kids birthday party’s, not as protection !

The quality and sizing of both my sweatshirt & t-shirt were perfect. The print of the Dr. Seuss Zoom rhyme is crisp and clear on both items, and everyone who has seen me wearing these items smiles.
