great mining OS with great support

Customer service is amazing one of the best in the space five stars!!!!!!! my agent was guy called one with one punch man photo! give that man a promotion!!!!!!

Read this clearly. I almost sued damnit T-mobile & Google together for lack of proper disclosure. For security I had 2FA on my HiveOS account, and broke my old phone. Since I'm not a die hard miner I thought nothing of it. Fast forward to me trying to login after getting a new phone and BOOM 2FA! Google Authenticator codes CAN NOT BE RECOVERED IF YOU LOOSE /BREAK your device. Meaning someone between T-Mobile & Google needed to assist me and both failed. Guess who succeeded, HiveOS support. I'm a grown man and almost shed 1 tear. Absolutely a 5 star experience and prompt issue resolution. I'm also very impressed with their verification process, I felt secure.

Thanks for the quick responses, and excellent attention! Thanks to Marcus and the whole team.

The hiveOS is the best RIG management software pack so far, using the HiveON pool, it’s also free. Evetything you need for mining are the Hive tools

Very good, fast, responsible and accommodating support! It's nice to see that they work so hard for their users! Thank's Marcus, and all Team!

Very good customer service.

The current online chat help is great. My service was instant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Basically a perfect experience. That is pretty rare
