I bought an electric bike two years ago.the electric mileage has dropped by half.I bought a new battery from from Hitway a month ago.This new battery is same mileage as the old battery ! According to the company's regulations,a refund should be give. Isent a lot of e-mails request refund to the company,since igot the battry.They won't answer.
