So I won 1800$ and for over 24 hours I…
So I won 1800$ and for over 24 hours I was reaching out to chat with customer service, because of course there’s no number! And out of the hundred messages I sent I kept getting the same message in return except one time the message changed but still no communication with them! Sent an email nothing. I haven’t gotten no response in over 24 hrs! That’s bullshit!

They haven't processed my withdrawal…
I played there double top dollar game and got my balance above the $100 dollar redemption limit. I also successfully verified my identity. But they still haven't processed my withdrawal, it's been 1 week. The redemptions been stuck saying "under review" since I placed the request.

the customer service is hard to reach
the customer service is hard to get ahold of the app crashes non stop and verification for me identity has failed over and over and i can not redeem my 900$ in earnings i don't reccommend anyone to use this trashy unprofessional highly dissatisfying game
