Was a great app until time to cash out. I went through verification and it rejected me even though I used my current driver's license and live selfie of myself. I tried contacting customer service and have gotten no where. Maybe someone here can help me? Also offered me 5SC for this review ... Where is that? 🤷

I'm trying to redeem and continue playing. It asked for verification, fine.. I was in a dark car but tried my best and then it said it couldn't verify. So I figured, ok.. I'll wait til the lighting is better, but now it's saying "verification permanently denied" after I spent a couple hundred on the app and it's not letting me redeem. I'm looking to either to find help to redeem or just refund the amount spent and uninstall the app but the live support doesn't respond.

So I won enough money to be able to finally redeem . N when the verification part comes it said my certificate was denied smh on my face scan.. told me to talk to support n I get no replies. I don't know how much money I already spent.. I honestly feel this was a scam or rip off. Very disappointing

In my opinion, this is a money laundering app. I’ve played on this app several times and every time you get to a higher VIP level, the packages are higher to purchase, but the Win are less in my opinion, they have manipulated my gameplay several times. I’m not saying I’m a very lucky person but I’m pretty lucky and their excuse is Maybe my luck will change it. It’s not about luck when it comes to hit Fortune Casino app their games are rigged. They have manipulated my gameplay and I’m sure they’re manipulating others. They should be taking off the App Store. I’ve reported them to Apple and I’m in the middle of contacting the New York gaming commission because online gambling that’s what it is. it’s not allowed for New York residence and they’re allowing every state so they can launder more money and pretend it’s a sweepstakes game and it’s not in order to play on their site. You don’t get free SC’s but a couple of pennies so if you wanna play to win, you gotta purchase and the purchases pop-up hundreds of different ones in your face as soon as you open up the app, they are a money laundering app and they should be taken off the App Store and they should be taken down completely. It only allows you to put one date date of my experience. My experience is within the past two months. Because every time I threaten to close my account, I would get a reply from a Support rep saying “ They would give me “oh here’s some free SC’s. Thanks for supporting us.” and that’s another thing they barely replied to you and it’s a robotic reply. It’s not even anything that I can say that a person wrote it I believe it’s a copy and paste robotic AI reply. It’s not a real Support REP. That’s what they would say so I gave them a little chance to prove me wrong and instead they proved me right this past couple of weeks I cannot even tell you how much I spent, but I can tell you that my wins did not exceed my purchases and I understand it’s an app. It’s a gambling app I get that, but I believe that their games on this app are rigged and I believe that gameplays are being manipulated. I can’t prove it, but I believe that’s what’s going on they should be removed off the App Store and whatever store that they’re on and allowed to be on they are laundering money. Also another thing that seems shady to me several times when I went to purchase a package, their third-party payers that’s what they said they use a name comes up to purchase a package. I purchased with my Apple Pay and it says it’s based out of United States but when you click to purchase and it goes through it isn’t United States. It’s in Hong Kong. It’s international. I know this because my bank charges me every time I make a purchase that’s an international purchase. I get charged a fee so that was very deceiving and very shady for it to say United States but it really wasn’t from the United States and I also know that they’re based out of Hong Kong. I know that because prior to me using Apple Pay I would pay with my debit card on PayPal and when I did that every purchase was international so I got charged a fee for every $20. It is $.60 and I spent a lot I totaled my international fee it was a good 50 or $60 extra so once I stopped that and realized I can pay with my Apple Pay it wasn’t going through international they were using in-state third-party payers but recently the past few weeks it would pop up and I found out when I purchased it. It was not United States. It was international so I may be rambling right now, but this is all true to my experience. I would remove them off the App Store. I give them zero stars not even one star.

doesn’t let you set spending limits, support is completely unavailable

I received an email from this outfit and signed up got verified and bought coins. I won $499.84. I received a message saying that I needed to contact support . They will not pay me because back in July I had charges from Amazon, Google books, and some Chinese place that I didn’t know because my phone was taken by my ex boyfriend and he spent $1000 . I had to dispute the charges. There was one charge for $2.99 charge to the Chinese place . That was them , I had no idea. They said as soon as I could send them a picture to them that my dispute was over they could redeem. I sent it to them once i figured out which one was them. Two days later i received a message saying that I was a security risk and they would refund the $2.99 and the money I had just spent. I asked them what made it a security risk? They didn’t even answer me they made it so I couldn’t even get on the site anymore. They did not do this when they supposedly restricted my account when they said they did in July!

Oh you may win! Beware if they feel like there losing instead of taking it they close your account and all the games are rigged no gaming license at all so beware.

I do not recommend this game I have deposited money on several occasions and have not won a single dollar this app is a f****** scam and I do not recommend it for anyone you're welcome
