Great service and very clear about the situation.
They were kind enough to inform me of what they would need to back order due to short supply and even informed me of what they could substitute to avoid back ordering. Now, I did order a group of items all at once.

We are very sorry and concerned and wanted to check up with you since we did not received any communication from you about this issue. We double checked both of your orders (the clothing and the helmet) and they were processed, sent, and delivered to the shipping address on your order: Edward Norvell 128 South Fulton Street Salisbury NC 28144 The billing address had a different city and we did not ship to that location. Is this not correct? Please let us know so we can help fix this for you.

Got a quality product, and the CSR went above and beyond for me .
Found this website by happenstance. That was fortuitous , and I ended up finding exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't know at the time quite what I wanted. The product that I bought was a perfect match for what I ultimately was looking for. It arrived on time and was of superior quality as stated by the distributor.I'll be looking at their website often and will certainly recommend it to friends and acquaintances.
