NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
From an employers standpoint, Monster falls well short of any expectations that I have. I have the same ad on 3 different job sites. Monster, by far is the lowest performing site when it comes to applicants applying for the position posted. When I called to see if they could help me understand why I had 80(ish) clicks and only 1 person actually apply for the job, the answer I received was they can't force people to apply for the job. 1 out of 80!! I didn't even get the applicants that are under qualified trying to apply for it;1 applicant out of 80. Mind you, I paid $299 for the month and put in a budget of $300 for paid clicks (essentially boosting the job posting). Needless to say, I won't be using this job site to find employees moving forward.
Response from Monster for EmployersApr 10, 2026
Hello, Thank you for sharing this feedback. We sincerely apologize that your recent posting did not meet your expectations and that our previous support conversation came across as dismissive. We know that as an employer, every dollar and click needs to count toward finding the right hire. A 1-out-of-80 conversion rate is certainly not the standard we aim for. While we cannot control an individual's decision to apply, a high click-to-apply gap often signals a technical friction point or a "drop-off" in the application flow that we want to investigate. We want to make this right. Please look out for a private message from us via the Trustpilot portal, where we will ask for your account details. Alternatively, you can email us directly at [email protected]. Either way, we will escalate your case to discuss a resolution. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this for you. Kind regards, The Monster Team
