I regret paying for our job listing. All applicants were fake or junk.

I was promised to get 20 resumes immediately never received any
Not a single applicant for the entire length of my job posting. The advertisement said I would get 20 resumes immediately once I paid the fee. I never got a single one. I called customer support and nothing happened. Maybe it will work for others but for me this was an total rip off

It was a waste of money.
I have expected much more for$300.But It was a waste of money. For whole month I haven"t received any professional resume.Other job search sites cost much less but more helpful.Sorry,terrible experience.

Poor experience
I have not had many applicants apply for the position. Please repost my adverts to help me get applicants. More importantly your user interface is extremely poor. Hard to use and difficult to manage applications. You seriously need to overhaul your system before a competitor takes over. Your user interface is very old school and makes it a bad bad experience for the hiring manager.

Bad candidates
Was sent people that were looking for jobs in other types of business. They were not a fit for what I needed and should not have been submitted to me for any type of consideration. Bad experience with Monster. Wasted my money and will not mention their name again.

No Qualified applicants
We received 0 Qualified applicants.. Monster does not seem to attract the right applicants for a true small service business. Comparing to the other websites that Monster is price competitive with. We never received one qualified applicant.

3 resumes for $500 or 168 for $300?
Same exact ad placed with Indeed (cost $300) resulted in 168 resumes. With Monster? Only 3 (cost $500). Wish I could get a refund!

Just not an effective way of recruiting, Got more feed back from Indeed.
