Not bad, not good.
Nothing wrong, but it also rarely provides me with quality candidates, which isn't necessarily the fault of Monster. My company fronts the cost, so I am unsure if it's worth the value.

We've had Monster for three weeks; we've gotten very few responses.

Hi Monster Team, We search on monster for our IT requirements and we get bunches of candidates, but with inappropriate information like a lot of resumes without contact information and no response while sending email to them.

There is no option to choose a visa option like as in Career Builder or Techfetch portals, It would be great if you add a visa option to choose between USC/GC/H1B/OPT/EAD e.t.c

All the resumes I'm receiving do not include what I'm requiring on the job listing. It's unfortunate!

Monster claims they match people not key words. The majority of applicants for a field position in excavating were applying for administrative employment.....Totally opposite ends of the spectrum..... All due to one word in the ad. (assistant). Be careful of your wording. I did call and have the wording changed the person who "assisted" me was professional and helpful. I wonder if she replied to an ad on Monster!!!

Monster had far fewer applicants for my position than other sites I used. It was expensive - and most, if not all of the applicants were not qualified for the position I advertised. So . . . not many applicants and there wasn't one person who I would consider interviewing.

We haven't gotten many resumes.
