We are continuously working to improve our candidate screening procedures. 2.We want to clarify our subscription model. The initial lower price you experienced was a promotional discount for your first month. This is a common practice, and subsequent months reflect the standard subscription fee. We do not "double charge" users. If there was a miscommunication during the presentation, we sincerely apologize. We are committed to transparency in our pricing. 3. Stripe does have an auto - renewal subscription feature. We're sorry that we didn't cancel it in a timely manner, and we've issued a refund as you requested.
