They are by the letter but beware, you are on your own
They are extremely formal and their recruiting process is very organized. After 6 month the client decided to cease operations on my country and I was left clientless, no jobs were available for my position so I was on my own. No contact from them. I asked about the payd vacations which were part of my contract and which I already had arranged them with the client while working with them and they refused to pay them stating my contract with the client was terminated. Update December 3rd 2022: A day after posting the review here they contacted me with a possible position. While they explained by phone that the paid vacations were subject to be actively asigned to the client that was not really clear from the start, I agreed that if that was what the deal was I had nothing I could do about it, as I said they are by the letter.
