I've had a great experience with Mike and Julian at Otter Labs and they've been excellent people to work with.

Otter Labs is the easiest & an affordable way to hire great latent. I've successfully used the service & would use it again. Never has it been easier to hire the best talent faster & in an affordable way before.

My first point of contact at OtterLabs was Pray, and the process was as smoothly as one would expect. Communication was always clear and transparent, and the time it took from when I first talked with him until I was hired by my current employer was outstandingly fast and the whole process didn't hit any roadblocks. Pray was really easy to talk to and very amicable while maintaining professionalism. After getting the job offer and starting in my current company, Pray and his team made sure to stay in touch with me as a safety net in regards to anything that could come up in my work space.

I’ve applied for jobs and I’m currently doing recruiting, working with Pray and Mike is really smooth, they provide the best jobs descriptions I’ve ever seen. Really recommended!

Julian was extensively kind and engaged throughout the process. A trusted bridge from myself to the client and he always made an effort to check in with me. If you ever feel as if you’re being left in the dark, give Otter Labs a call.

People at Otter were really nice. They provided everything I needed in the interview process, and now they continue being present if I need something.
