After spending $500, I received just one interview call and despite following up multiple times, I haven’t heard anything back. I lost my money

I tried Hiredeasy expecting some real help with my job search, but it honestly wasn’t what they claim. Instead of personalized or targeted applications, it felt like they were just mass applying to a bunch of “easy apply” jobs with no real strategy. Most of the roles weren’t even a good fit for my profile and sometimes they answer the questions on the application randomly and call it human error. There was no real guidance, no customization, and nothing that actually helped me stand out. It just seemed like application spam. I wouldn’t recommend this service if you’re serious about your job search.

After making the payment, I expected professional support with job applications, LinkedIn optimization, and related deliverables as promised. However, even after more than two weeks nothing was done, there was little to no progress. No meaningful updates were provided, and none of the expected outcomes were delivered, I need to chase them asking where are we with application progress. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns and formally requested a refund, the communication completely stopped. I was essentially ignored, despite multiple follow-ups they stopped picking up calls . This lack of accountability and customer service is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I have documented everything, including payment proof and chat conversations, and will be attaching screenshots to support my claims. Transparency is important, and I want others to be aware of this experience before investing their time and money. Overall, this experience felt misleading and disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for genuine job search support.

Would not recommned. Waste of money. No proper response from team after payment. 0 interview calls and 0 assessments. Wasted all the applications applying to over 1500 jobs in less than 15 days. Their dashboard doesnt work properly to check applied jobs/rejections. They do not apply to jobs by reading tbrough application. They randomly apply to which doesnt provide sponsorship or for a very high level VP jobs which are not even a % match. They do not stand on same word its different before payment vs after payment. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I just saw that they have made a review using my name 5 days ago. I don’t remember giving them any reviews. It is completely fake review. Please don’t believe in these things till you actually talk with the person who was written the review. Unhappy with this.

Bad Experience. No jobs they didn't apply to anything...

I feel misled by all the positive reviews (might be paid), but this is my honest experience after working with Hiredeasy. First, they lack a proper tracking system or dashboard to view the links and cover letters they’ve submitted. There is no organized repository to help clients keep track of resumes or cover letters that have been used. Second, there are times when you're left unsure whether they are even applying on your behalf. Third, their team is slow to respond, which adds to the overall frustration. They are also good at misleading. In my opinion, the service does not justify the cost. I hope Hiredeasy takes this feedback constructively and works toward improving their services to match the cost.
