HirationReviews of hiration.com

I got access to Hiration through a coding bootcamp I attended. I uploaded my resume in July of 2024 and only TODAY in September of 2025 got the "actual person" resume review I requested, over a year ago. And I'm not seeing any actual feedback outside the automated stuff that was previously flagged.

Disappointed and Misled – Unethical Billing Practices I strongly caution anyone considering Hiration. My experience has been extremely disappointing and feels deliberately deceptive. I accidentally signed up for a subscription and was charged for an entire year without clear upfront warnings or reminders. I contacted their support immediately to explain the situation and even asked them to verify the usage — which was minimal to none — yet they still refused to offer any refund or flexibility. This kind of rigid and money-driven approach, especially when there is clear evidence of no substantial usage, feels unethical. It’s disheartening to see a company prioritize profits over customer trust and satisfaction. I hope Hiration reconsiders how it handles such situations — and more importantly, I urge them to do the right thing and refund the charges.

This AI service does not do half of what it promises. Once you login, the suggestions for your resume are pointless, like “bullet points are too long.” It did not add anything useful to my job search process. The website promises 100% satisfaction or your money back no questions asked. I have emailed both support@hiration and team@hiration like the website requests and they do not respond. I tried to use the chat on their website and they don’t respond for hours it says offline at all hours of the day. If you look at all of the Trust Pilot reviews, they are clearly fake or bots. They don’t make sense and the review are written with all Indian names who have no other reviews on Trust Pilot. Do not give them your CC info, I will have to contact my bank to reverse the charges.

It doesn't do half of what it says it can do. I have tried contacting their customer service which doesn't exist as you get to chat with an AI which is useless as well. Do not waste your money.

I tried to use the service and had issues, customer service asked to call me - there was banging and construction in the background it was very unprofessional. I called 3 times and had the same issue each time. In addition, I kept repeating the issue and they did not understand me. I downloaded the resume to test the program. Given the poor service, I decided I did not feel comfortable continuing, when I requested a refund (within 1 hour of my purchase) I was questioned and told it needs to go to another team. There is supposed to be a 3-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. Customer satisfaction is not a priority as they claim! This Company does not abide by their guarantees!

If i upload any created CV it is not available for update that says after uploading any CV you can not modify that. AI is changing the total format of CV. Wastage of time

The resume templates were difficult to use. Simply modifications, like adding a blank line of space, inserting a page break or adding pages numbers to the pages, were not allowed. When I reached out to ask how to do those things using the chat featured on the website, I repeatedly got a "We are away message". I attempted to follow up via email but did not get a response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!
