First they sent me damaged lighters then in the next shipment they sent me 4/5 lighters, because that's just how they handle things. Can you buy all 5 lighters? no. Can you choose what they are? no. So you have to keep buying them, along with other stuff because of the $20 minimum purchase fee, and shipment doesn't count so like a minimum of $30-40 just to try and get that 1 lighter. I thought they were good because of their low price but they have extremely low costumer service and their descriptions and practices are pointlessly deceptive... They're $6 lighters hiding behind a massive paywall. Ill only maybe buy from them again if they drop the $20 fee so I can try and get that one red lighter but for now id rather buy from AMAZON, at least they don't sensor and weed out their reviews! Ya they don't let you see the bad reviews on their website, tells you a ton about how trust worthy they are. I got a random email from them asking for me to review lighters that i already reviewed. So i voiced my frustrations straight to them instead. They took it personally. I understand you're a person Scott, but so are your customers! We don't enjoy being swindled or receiving emails we unsubscribed from especially if its asking for a review you denied on your page. Disgusting. I brought my concerns straight to the clipper community and you can guarantee that you just lost customers. Its hard for us to find our collectables so we communicate very well in our community, and you lost all your standing.

Terrible experience waited 3 weeks box still never shipped canceled my subscription and one month later they charge my card again after I emailed support to cancel it. it’s a scam

I am a new customer received my package and was broken sent emails and within 5 min had a new order received it in a few days love it

Gave the hippie butler a shot and first month I thought it was cool because they sent me something I could actually use, then months passed and it was as if I got novelty smoking devices and dried up wraps. I canceled my subscription.

I ordered $50 worth of stuff, but the shipping cost was $47, so I cancelled. Why is shipping so high? It was standard shipping.

Do not get the subscription boxes they're a scam they'll send a large quantity of items the 1st month but afterwards literally half the product. I contacted customer service they told me basically oh well that the picture is just an example. I counter argued that there is a description underneath each available level box. She claimed this was also just an example. When I told her this was unacceptable because that's false advertising. I got an email back saying I had been given a refund and my subscription was canceled. I repeatedly told them I was not interested in a refund or to cancel just to be given what was promised on their site. I wouldn't ever spend a dollar with these people ever again. I plan on posting on every available site I can. Please warn others Hippie Butler is a scam.

I’m gonna be honest I ordered the box may 9th & it just keep saying processing a week later so I called and left a voicemail and I got a phone call a day or two later & was told that they didn’t have enough stuff to fill my box but yet took the money off my card... so I was told I had to wait till they got more of a shipment in so they could finish out my box.... they said it was shipped on the 20th of may here it is may 25 & yet still nothing.... my dad and a friend ordered from here and got it in a week I on the other hand have not had a very good experience so far... I’m waiting to see if it changes next month but so far I’m not that Impressed with how they run their business.... I’ve been waiting a total of almost 3 weeks for my subscription box
