I submitted a return request on 12/9/24. As of this writing, 12/23/24, I still have not received the return shipping label to send the item back, which is way too big for my wrist. The description of the item did not give a size so whoever writes the description for their items does not include pertinent information. I am now stuck with a bracelet that I can't wear because it falls off my wrist.

There trash the fake jewelry arrive broken there a complete rip off do not buy.

Sent watch back timely and I cannot contact a customer service rep and they don't answer email. Watch was 875.00 and I want my refund. I'm pissed!!

Man I haven’t gotten a reply and my recent orders have been all wrong, I ordered the clover cross pendant and I got the SMALLEST size!! I ordered two tennis bracelets and they are the WEONG SIZE!!! AGAIN I HAVENT BEEN CONTACTED AT ALL I spent over 600$ in 4 days just to get the wrong items! Fix this! UPDATE THEY CONTACT ME A YEAR AND 4 months later just to say it’s been “fixed” IT HAS BOT BEEN FIXED HIPHOPBLING IS A SCAM

I would Love to give this company a great review, however I haven’t received my order that was placed on Dec 17, 2023. Hopefully I’ll be back.

I highly caution anyone who wants to do business with this company to rethink it. I had to return a purchase and it took about two weeks before the item was picked up from the post office because their mail goes to a P.O.Box. It then took another week and a half for them to process the return. When I called to find out the status of processing this unusually long return, I received NO customer service at all. No one answers the phone and my email was respond to a week later. Once my return was processed, I was given a store credit. I placed another order that arrived quickly but it wasn’t what I purchased. This experience has been horrible. I caution anyone thinking of doing business with this company. Don’t do it unless you want to be disappointment. You’ve been warned.

Fast forward the guy with the jade Buddha, I never got my necklace, I filed a dispute with my bank and they refused the dispute and then finally refunded me. Hiphopbling is small company by some bootleggers. Screw hiphopbling, I waited 1 month and a half and they didn’t respond to any of my messages thru Ig, email and their phone is down. Go figure!

I purchased five earrings from this company and when I saw that two of the earrings were not as attractive (based off the picture), I reached out for a refund. Even though I placed both earrings in the mail I only received a refund for one, while stating they only received one of the earrings. Outside of that, the remaining earrings that I kept started turning blue after 6 months of owning them.
