Avoid this company at all costs. They are completely unresponsive—like dealing with ghosts. They do not respond to customers or provide any meaningful communication. My refund took 3–4 weeks, and the only way to get your money back is through a dispute. Believe everyone who left a 1-star rating—they deserve it, and this company needs far more attention for how it operates. Proceed with extreme caution.

I have ordered from here the jewelry is great but the customer service is awful they want return your email to return something the phone number they give they never answer it and the inbox is full I dont recommend ordering from here unless youre sure you want it because the communication sucks bad you cant get in touch with anyone!!! They need better customers service which help consumers to give the people what they want!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. they will take ur money and not respond to your emails. They will claim the item was “sold out” and offer another item. It will takes weeks to receive a refund. DO NOT ORDER!!!!

This is a customer who has made 8 orders over 5 years. The necklace was temporarily sold out and we issued a refund. We then upgraded her to a more expensive larger variant of the solid gold herringbone chain for the same price which was below cost to make it right. This issue has long been resolved. We hope you will update the review to accurately reflect the remedy.
