I’m with a couple of dating apps and by far, this is the most questionable in regards to fake profiles. Never have I seen so many. What’s interesting is that once your subscription runs out, all of a sudden you are flooded with “New” hits which of course encourages you to pay for a membership once again in order to see who the other people are. In my opinion it’s very very shady and the positive reviews, like a number of other people have mentioned previously, are questionable. Just read a few of them, they are all the same, praising the “excellent customer service”, 😂😂😂

If your idea of fun is to get notifications of reasonable looking woman thinking you are what they are looking for, and then you send them a message, only for them to always be ignored, then believe me this is the app for you. My gut feeling is that the profiles are 90 percent fake, but if you still believe in Father Christmas, you can live in hope. The positive reviews on here are a total joke. Just have a look how many reviews these people have written in total, 1-2 maximum. Also they always love to mention the Hily staff, I wonder why that might be. This is a complete and utter waste of time and money. After receiving a reply from Hily, I just felt that I had to add to my review. I’m sorry but I am still convinced that the app is well dodgy. This isn’t about not getting a “reply”. How could it be that 30-40+ women send you a “like”, most days a couple come in and remain “blurred” to encourage you to buy a credit to see some of them. These are women that are interested in you, not the other way round. Then when you pay for the membership so that you can answer them, a few at a time, as you’re only allowed to do it that way, no one then replies. How can that be? It’s a joke. The okay out of 40+ women maybe some wouldn’t reply, but not all of them!! Once again read the positive reviews of the app, they are about as real as Father Christmas as well.

I got blocked for no reason people go somewhere else I don't recommend it

As fake as the five star reviews which have been left here by reviewers that have only ever written the one review. Just read the reviews and see how they are all about how wonderful the staff at Hily are. Save your money and use a different app.

This “Dating App” and I use that description in a very loose way, is a scam. Honestly there is no other way to describe it. Have a look at all the one review 5 star reviews they get on Trustpilot, all of them saying how wonderful the staff are. If you can’t see that these are also clearly fake as Father Christmas, then you deserve to lose your money. I’ve been a member for a while, I thought I’d give them a chance and see what it was all about. The “hook” is that without an exception, you get hit on, on a virtual daily basis by a few women all who look good. So again they are supposedly interested in you. But to “see” their photos you have to pay and that unblurs the photos. You then message the woman, who again made the first move in contacting you, but from 15-20 messages I’ve sent, not one has replied. It’s clear, no crystal clear that “someone” is sending these “profiles” out to bait men in to thinking that they are in demand by all these good looking women. It’s a scam, pure and simple.

So far so good! Hily’s Support Team is phenomenal….quick…and real! I don’t know if they created the algorithm to split test down to a “T” for whom would “swipe right” for. But they nailed it. I haven’t had the success on other apps like I have with this one and truely my preferences in a partner. Update: it is all same fake quick add bots from partner company, Snapchat. They funnel you back and forth with fake accounts and can see the screenshot photos they use. I’m getting refund.

I did everything the appropriate way to end, cancel, stop getting charged, and an email from hily also states that everything was done correctly. But yet I still get charged 14.99 3-4 times a month. You guys are F'n crooks and @Trustpilot you should have a spot on here to post files of proof. I have rhe emails from hily saying I did everything the right way and I also have all the statements of them still charging me. I'll gladly post, send email. Fax,smoke signals Morse code whatever it takes to prove this company isn't right.
