I made a Hily Account today after deleting my old account years ago on good terms. I decided I wanted to give it another crack. Not even 10 minutes after creating the account, my account was suspended for a violation of the terms of service. I reread the terms of service like a hawk, and I was unable to get a clue as to which rule I broke. I tried to appeal the ban, as this was an obvious mistake, but the system took mere minutes to confirm the ban and then say the decision was final. It seems like I was banned erroneously by some autonomous system. I even tried to contact the support services, but once I told them they said the exact same thing (that it was final and undisputable.) I was not even able to get a reason for what rule was broken.

Hily is a scam. You receive diamonds for live streaming which they say is 'claimable for cash' do not be fooled by this like I was. I've spoken with other members who have been streaming alot longer than i, waiting for their payout for months. If your goal is to live stream do not expect payment from hily. They are fraudulent and should be closed down immediately. Try a more reputable company such as OF.

I live in Canada and and I can 100% say this app is full of bs yes there are real people but there's probably more fake than there are real unless you are in Metropolis of the United States I guess and support is even gone as far as saying oh don't worry Mr car we'll have a bunch of fresh profiles loaded up for you tomorrow for you just scroll through LOL and yeah he was right bunch of profiles showed up the next day LOL and I get Reed notifications on the ones that open up the messages I sent and you know I might not be the best looking guy but I'm not 100 profiles deep with no from the accounts even opening my messages or reading or returning my messages it's A joke

I just downloaded this app then straight away they disabled my account

They popped up a lifetime offer for around 69.. I purchased it. Then as soon as it was confirmed and not a minute later, a pop up showed for the same product for 49. That is BS is you ask me and extremely unprofessional. Went on chat.. refused to refund me or refund the difference. Despite having a screenshot as proof.

This wouId have been a 4 star review if I had written this review early on in my use of the Hily app. I was enjoying using Hily. I would be contacted first by users and I would contact users first but there would never be a second contact. Mr or Mrs Hily, who replies to this, understand that is not my chief complaint; I can live with all of that if the following did not occur. This is the big issue with Hily. It is possible to run out of people to meet! On a dating app, you run out of people to meet? Hily has a solution. look somewhere else. You might be in a position where you can only look at people 50 miles away, The Hily answer is to look 100 miles away then 150, 200, 400..., How does that sound Mr or Mrs 50 miler? Hily is a dating app. How far will you go for dinner date? The question comes down to how far is too far and who should decide that distance? Hily believes they should decide, not you. When you out grow their dating site a screen comes up stating: Expand your horizons. You have swiped on all the people in your area, Expand search area or filters to see more users. This comes about because you swiped no on people and you will never get a second chance to see any of those people again. Be very careful of who you pass on because you will never see that person again. That my friends is how you, especially outside of a metro area, run out of user to see. Hily becomes a virtual paperweight instead of a dating app. Hily's answer is to look further away. Good luck working out that dinner date. One way this could be mitigated is to create a hold option where you are neither saying yes nor no but I'll revisit this person. Either way, when you see that message, YOUR settings no longer matter, look further, even further, and even further. Do you wish to pay money to go further?

There was a time I could read messages and even get 1 free 'unblur' a day. This time around I can't read the message I have and no offer for a free 'unblur' There was also something strange the last time I used the site There seemed to be an obsession with 'so why you on hily?' I've ocassionally been asked 'what I am looking for' on other sites but none say 'on (insert app name)' and yet many seemed to on hily. That in conjuction with picture perfect profiles gave an eary feeling of artificial interactions. Another observation I had made were that an unusual amount of people I matched with were trans (I auto click on like because the game is time consuming and depressing) It's a bit odd considering I don't get shown homosexuals of either gender as if we don't match each others criteria.

Yes I agree all they are is interested in money completely false information since the first half hour and after that half hour I canceled but yet they kept charging my account and attempting at least 15 times telling me that I had a personally cancel it which I did they're telling me they weren't able to do it or they couldn't find my emails or my phone number but as soon as I got it canceled finally then they're telling me Oh we found your email I would have helped you cancel yes a class action lawsuit sounds great because these people suck they are Friggin Scumbags they are horrible and they need to be shut down I'd be happy to put a bullet in all their heads at hily I'm tired of nasty people in this world and nasty companies
