Dear Toghrul! We’re sorry to hear about your experience. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide. We want to clarify that we never continue charging after a subscription is cancelled, and we respond to every message we receive. Something may have gone wrong with the cancellation process, and we’d really like to look into this for you. Could you please reach out us via Live Chat or [email protected]? This will help us investigate the charges and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
