It works but there are so many people on there just to waste your time. Either they accidentally like swiped on me or they are just to shy even when you messege first. Good luck to everyone who usese this app.

I wrote a complain here about account being banned. They gave an answer that I have to email them(i had done it before). After contacting, they asked some questions (probably to verify), and then they re-activated my account. I give 4 stars instead of 5 only because my account was banned for few days. However, overall, I can say my experience was positive and nice.

I'm enjoying hily so far but I there are more they need to work on to make the platform a better place. Live support is good and the profiles so far are okay too but I once met a girl who asked us to go chat on WhatsApp but ended up trying to scam me of some £ and when I refused and blocked her, she kept texting with other numbers pretending it was her brother and threatening me, so I think there should be a way in dealing with those fake profiles and also age check should be consider too so minors don't come and be lying about there age and also inactive accounts should be remove. Other than these, hily is the best around.
