Dear Andre, thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with Hily and charged after the deletion of your account. Please note that deleting either the app or the account doesn’t cancel the subscription because the last one is managed in Google Play or iTunes account. If you start a free trial, you start for an auto-renewing subscription. The first week is free, and after it ends, you are charged for the next subscription period. That is mentioned on the screen offering a trial and explained in our Terms of Service. If you believe you were charged after you canceled your subscription in Apple/ Google store, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you with the refund.

Dear Customer, thank you for your review. I would like to mention that we have a strict policy against fake users. Whenever such users are identified, their accounts are permanently suspended with no ability to create new accounts. Unfortunately, it is impossible to locate all fake accounts right away. However, our moderators' team is working tirelessly to ensure such users do not harm the user experience in Hily.

Dear Customer, thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with Hily. Unfortunately, deleting the account doesn't cancel your subscription since it is managed directly by iTunes/Play Market, not by us. If you start a free trial, you get all the premium features for free for the period of the trial. After it ends, it becomes an auto-renewing subscription. A trial is given only once per one Google Play/iTunes account. According to Google Play Market and Apple Store rules, your account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the trial period. That may be the reason of your being charged.
