Dear Customer, thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with Hily and charged after the deletion of your account. Please note that deleting either the app or the account doesn’t cancel the subscription because the last one is managed in Google Play or iTunes account. If you start a free trial, you start for an auto-renewing subscription. The first week is free, and after it ends, you are charged for the next subscription period. That is mentioned on the screen offering a trial and explained in our Terms of Service. If you believe you were charged after you canceled your subscription in Apple/ Google store, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you with the refund.
