If you have activated a subscription in our app, please do not forget to cancel it in Apple Store or Google Play Market, as being banned would not automatically stop the subscription.

Dear Customer, thank you for your review. You can cancel or change a subscription on Google Play following the instructions here: On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store . Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account. Tap Menu Subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to cancel. Tap Cancel subscription. Follow the instructions. If you're using iOS system you can view, change, or cancel your subscriptions via this link: https://buy.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZFinance.woa/wa/manageSubscriptions In order to cancel your subscription, please 1. Go to your phone's Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store. 2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID. 3. Scroll to subscriptions, tap it. 4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

Whenever such users are identified, their accounts are permanently suspended with no ability to create new accounts. Unfortunately, it is impossible to locate all fake accounts right away.
