I cancelled and completely deleted my account after it started charging me for a free trial. $27.53 a week and in total it has charger me $410 and I can't stop is. I want my money back.

I canceled my subscription to hily.com before the 7 day free trial they kept charging my debit car for 8 weeks @27.53 every time wich equals $220.24 they totaly ripped me off!! Basically they stole my money!!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND BROUGHT UP ON CHARGES IN COURT!!! FRAUD

Terrible. I signed up for a *free* subscription, and for 2 weeks google pay didn't have updated payment information. Once I put my new information, I was charged for 2 weeks of Hily, although I canceled my account for certain since it wasn't connected to any of my e-mails nor my facebook or snapchat. A very deceptive business strategy, and is essentially stealing if you ask me. I had to go into my google play subscriptions (which I've never done for another subscription) and remove it, even though I didn't have the app or an account. Hily also has no customer service, so you're left to dispute the charge with your bank. Just avoid this dumpster fire. This doesn't even include the fact that the app is incapable of finding a match that isn't thousands of miles away. Funny how Hily responds a year late after I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. This company helped me in no way. Do not use their product.

I just wanted the free trial. Ive been trying to cancel it but there isnt any cancel subscription button. I even deactivated my account in hily and uninstall it from the app store and now im getting charged for the app that I didnt used
