Tyler and the Hilo Grow Shop Team were very responsive and figured out a way to ship my order to Palau. My husband found decals sent together with my order (awesome) and a kind personalized letter enclosed, which is such a thoughtful gesture. I love supporting local businesses and especially family operations and will order from these guys again and again.
