Scarponi hillman da buttare perché non valgono nulla
Metto una stella perché non c'è la possibilità di metterne mezza..... scarponi hillman acquistati e veramente bellissimi. Dopo le prime 3 uscite (caccia), comincio a notare le prime piccole crepe nella pelle. Dopo un mese l'acqua entra come se portassi solo i calzini!!! Praticamente distrutti, pagati un sacco di soldi e non valgono assolutamente nulla!! Sentito il servizio clienti e non mi hanno potuto aiutare in alcun modo. Da sconsigliare assolutamente, praticamente pari a una truffa.

We found another one from March 2024 that went to the spam folder as well, which is why we did not contact you until now. You wrote to us that you used the boots for two winters and they broke. Please note that the service life of all products depends on the individual's use, conditions of use, and the user's wearing behavior. The warranty on the shoes is 2 years, and we believe that if you have used them during that time, they have been in good condition. Within the warranty period
Within the warranty period, the left pair of boots split at the gluing. The company said it was because I was wearing it. A boot is meant to be worn, right? All care taken, too expensive to neglect. the other half of the boot is intact. My advice is that don't buy Hillman boots. Once you've already paid, they don't care about you. And the excuse they use to dismiss your complaint is that you were wearing the boots. funny, isn't it? Why did I buy it, I was going to use it as a trophy?

Hello Katalin, As we have already explained, this damage is not covered by the Warranty. If you had contacted us at the moment you noticed that there was a problem, there would have been no problem for us to react. But you file a claim on the last month of the warranty period when the shoes are totally broken. According to our Warranty policy, we can't respond in the last month of the warranty for something not covered by the terms. Products whose damage is due to normal wear and tear or exceeding the reasonable product life are excluded from the guarantee. Hillman Customer Service
