I bought Fitsenso Smart Watch TK29. It worked great for 2 months. Then just died. Tried recharging everything. Tried getting in contact with Hilipert Customer service 3 times with no response. I thought I had a 1 year warranty. This company is not to be trusted. They take money and run with no support what so ever. BEWARE!!!

Got scammed for sure. The more items I ordered the price for each item decreased. I purchased 3 America 250th Anniversary flasks, total price $105.49. What arrived was cheap product with decals on what appeared to be plastic. The company first offered a $30. Refund. I requested return address for a full refund. Cost to return was over $141. I wrote back requesting at least a refund of $50. and attached a photo of shipping return cost. They then offered $25. I wrote saying they had previously offered $30. Which by now I decided anything was better than nothing. I haven’t received any further contact. Beware of this company. Why does the BBB allow companies like this to continue to sell their products? Should shut down all these scam sites.

Leider sehr schlechter Erfahrung.

Finger weg!

This company should lose its licence to trade IMMEDIATELY. I paid £40 for two Christmas tree decorations which Hilipert advertised as having been made in Edinburgh by a woman who was retiring and wanted to sell off her stock - those I received were a couple of pieces of shoddy acrylic resin.

Huge Scam. Poor product quality if you even receive it. Won't refund my money on order i never received after they cancelled the order in transition. DONT BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE/SCAMMERS.

Like so many others, I ordered three of the Acorn Dream Ornaments but received three flat pieces of junk. Even though they were shipped from California, I was told that in order to get a refund I would have to return them to China! NO WAY!! They're going back to where they came from and I'm going to fight them until I get a full refund. I'm going to send them back tomorrow by registered mail and if I don't get my refund, I will contact my local tv consumer protection reporter. These people must be stopped and it's up to us dissatisfied customers to see that it's done.
