Stay well away from this company poor quality sizes are all over the place faulty items I bought 4 gilets £175 quality was a joke threads hanging everywhere zip broken and the sixes must be for children. I read the reviews before I bought them and they were positive so now I am doubting the reviews? Do not buy from this company.

took too long to get, couldn't get in touch with the company, they sent me XL, two 3XLs, and a 4XL. I ordered M XL and 2XL. None fit right, absolutely cheap product, Not returning the items because of the inability to get in touch with their customer service, if that actually exists. DO NOT BUY FROM Hilipert. Garbage company. I'm so frustrated. This is not a safe company to order from. Really wish there was a way to give them 0 stars.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. You think you’re buying from them but it defaults to keilini. Even when you choose the correct size per their numbers, it’s two sizes too small. To ship it back to see if you get a refund is $50-80, per keilini. The they offer you a minuscule $ amount to go away. The vest plus shipping was over $70. This company sucks.

This company is totally useless, possibly just an online scam, although I can see some (abysmal) reviews for products people have received. They are the lucky ones. Customer services are brain-dead. I cannot get any sense from them about my lost package. I don't think I will ever get a refund. Do not buy from this company.

I am 49 years old and I’ve never written a review ever! I was so excited to get these heated gloves and I’m not sure if the reviews are made up, but it seems like they may be. I am so unhappy with the quality of these gloves and the heat is not even close to what it claims. I tried them for several hours and then wrote the company and ask them if I could return them. They told me it would cost somewhere around $60-$80 to return them. I paid $80 for the gloves. here’s there response, “If you want to send the order back for exchange or refund, the return shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself. Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse (about return shipping fee is $50-$80), will it be possible to offer a $8.00 refund to you as a way to make up for this? It is more convenient for you” I would highly recommend doing more research and finding a better quality glove with better customer service. This is completely insane. Use your money wisely and please do not use this company. It will be very disappointing unfortunately.

I was interested in buying a heated jacket and this company talks about there 250,000 or so happy customers and when you read there reviews there are just 4 reviews!! So I hit the Contact us button and it took me right back to the beginning of there website with NO contact details.

sent me the wrong size and didn't say that you need to purchase the charger separately. No paper work to be able to send back. They are very miss leading!

If you buy from this company read very very carefully the claims for their gilets. Be prepared to wait 3 weeks for delivery +postage and if you wish to return goods it’s very expensive to return
