I did some research in the vest but reviews like trust pilot don’t come up until way down in Google. No batteries were received and they will only give me $8 for a return. I am contacting my bank to see if I can reverse the payment.

The size measurements are inaccurate, small and deceptive. The garment once it is properly charged does not work, overall cheaply made and is not worth the asking price. Once the item is received, tested, proven to be less than advertised and inadequate, it is next to impossible to return the item because it comes from China

Also bei Alibaba wird die Weste für 6,99€ angeboten. Die Retoure soll 45€ kosten und das Produkt ist qualitativ minderwertig. Habe so etwas noch nie erlebt und es ist eindeutiger Betrug

Ordered 3 vest..Received all wrong sizes and have sent 3 emails for return/exchange and have not received a response ….Looks like total scam to collect your money and send you anything they wish of wich is of no value to you.. Stay away!

I bought a heated vest for a Christmans present for my wife. It came DOA. The glove were not warm. Ask about returning the product and was told to return to China with a tracking number, the cost was prohibited. Would never recommend this product. Offer me $5 to settle over $80 purchase.

Ordered 2 pair of heated gloves, neither pair work. Changed the batteries, no change to the gloves. Contacted customer support that requested a video. They agreed to the non operation of the gloves. Offered $8 refund per pair OR ship them to us for 50-80$( on your dime). Probably 50% of that shipping cost is their profit. Reply was sent, offered improved to $30. I used Google maps to locate the building addresses from their web site. Spread all over Hong Kong. This company is a complete scam!! I'm usually hesitant buying online but the reviews were excellent and you could only purchase through their website. I won't send them back because its throwing good money after bad. What a horrible business this is.

Looks like everyone is having the same experience. It is very disappointing to hear this. I ordered 4 heated vest and 4 batteries costing right around $400. took forever to get, wrong size, came from China and of course was told I have to pay to return. I first they offered me $15 to keep and then $35 to keep. I asked them why they thought I should first off pay to return when THEY sent the wrong size and then why I would pay almost $400 and take their $35.00 to keep when they are no use to me. I am sending everything back and will see what happens, but they are a SCAM for sure and I wished I would have checked into them more before I order from them. I will be contacting the Attorney General
