Just an update.(see my first review below) As of this time I have still not received the vest I ordered ($70) . impossible to get in touch with anyone in any way. I hope this company goes down in flames

I would give a zero star if it was available. Absolute piece of crap! Additionally, wrong size and no battery! This is a rip off !!!!!!! Heed my warning you will hate your experience!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 4xl men’s and 2 2xl men’s vests. Sizing runs so small I can wear the men’s 4xl but tight around hips and I normally wear a woman’s large. Returned items as requested with an additional cost of 22.95 only to have returned no address found. Was then informed to send items back to China and refund would be provided when received, shipping again at my cost. Do not waste your time, patience or money.. life is to short. God bless

I ordered the neck massager. It took almost 2 weeks to receive. Once opened, I could tell it was a knockoff. It was cheap plastic and something was loose inside. I contacted the company via email. What a joke!! It would cost me $60-$80 to return it!! The product itself was $60. I should of looked at other reviews outside of their company reviews. Unfortunately I'll cut my losses. Don't order, the company is a scam!! Order from USA. This company is in China!! Rip-off!!

The whole system is crap. I bought two vests and four battery packs. The vests only turn on when the battery is 100% charged. If one turns the vest off with a battery pack that is now 50% charged and it will not power either vest!! The packs have to be 100% charged and if anything less the vest won’t turn on. I bought a more powerful battery and it too would not turn the vest if not 100% charged. Once it’s on one can’t turn it off and then back on again with a battery charged less than 100%. The new battery has a digital gauge that shows charged level. I turned the vest off with the pack at 90% and then immediately tried to turn it on and the lights just cycle and turn off!!! There are a lot of vests available so don’t waste your money on this piece of junk!!

I ordered two heated vests Dec 15 for a Jan birthday gift. I received an email stating the order was being processed. Received another email with a tracking number which I kept looking at but nothing was advancing. Holidays came and went and nothing so I emailed Hilipert and the response was that it was delivered. Not to me it wasn’t. Another email to them, waiting…..

I purchased a heated vest. When I finally recieved it I ordered a large they sent a 2XL. And the zipper was broken. I emailed the company they sent me an email on how to try to fix the zipper and said there sizes run small. No way. It was way to big and the zipper is broken. Emailed them pictures the second time. They offered for me to send it back but I would have to pay freight and the freight charge was more than the original cost of the vest. So I contacted my credit card company to have the charge taken off. So now I recieved a letter from my cc company and they put the charge back on my card saying they have a no return policy. Never buy from this company!
