I ordered the neck massager. It will not charge or turn on at all. I should have checked out the company at this website first, and I know I would not have purchased the device after reading the predominately negative reviews. At this point, I am not even going to try to return it, and save myself from the stress and anger the experience will create. Very frustrating that I am basically just "giving away" $70!!!!

My $90.00 order has entered the twilight zone. The tracking number they sent me is a fraudulent number. I tried to track through every USA service there is. Only says Invalid number. Emailed them 4 times, no response I wish I had read reviews before buying. THIS COMPANY IS A HACK. IF YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY, GO AHEAD AND ORDER. THEY DONT DESERVE 1 STAR. I rated them a few days ago based on fake tracking info they sent. I thought they were on the ball, but man was I wrong. I wish I could take that 5 star rating back!!!!

I bought a Hilipert Neck Massager. The massager heater did not work. I requested a refund and was told I could return the defective massager but it would cost me $50-$70 US in shipping fees. The unit cost me $69.00 US. Very disappointed with this company. Their website does not indicate how high their shipping return fees are.

Bought the Sherem metal bird decor which was positioned as 3 dimensional for almost $50 including shipping costs . Turned out to be a flat painted metal decor with a stand that I had to assemble on my own! It was certainly very deceiving. I am asking for a refund and they say it will cost me around $50 to ship it back to China! So instead they are offering $8! This is a very unpleasant experience for me. No way will I trust this site anymore.

I bought their "intelligent" reading glasses and they are anything BUT!!!! Took nearly a month to arrive and they are absolute crap! If anything they made my eyes worse! My ophthalmologist suggested I place them in the trash!!! DO NOT BUY THESE!! Plus they have a terrible refund policy after waiting for them to arrive you can spend another portion of your life waiting for them to say they got the crappy things back and they may or may not give you your funds back. Terrible product and terrible company!

You can buy the same type of glasses on Amazon, for less than $10.00. I feel taken advantage of because these are not as easy to see out of as the website describes. Do not purchase is my opinion. Took a long time for delivery as well.HUGE MISTAKE!

Bought 4 pr of reading glasses on 06/23/23. Contacted customer support/service on 07/15/23 regarding items not received. They immediately responded with a very cordial email apologizing and would investigate getting back to me in 3 - 5 business days. Ha, ha, ha! It’s been over 30 days since I placed that order. Have yet to receive glasses or follow up email. Be smarter than I was!

Doesn’t work unless plugged in. Customer has to pay to ship it back for a refund which would have cost $400 through UPS OR $130 through USPS for a $70 refund. Wasted $70!!!
