Ordered 4 sea glass art objects ( pictures enhanced with sea glass) Long ship time, pictures are laughable for poor quality, sea glass falls off, just awful quality. No response to multiple emails requesting reimbursement. Buyer beware.

Avoid at all costs. While the item I purchased from them was not defective, it was the wrong fit for my wife and I requested a return within the 30-day return window. I was told I would have to pay for shipping to return the item to China, and that it would cost $50-80 to do so. The item cost me $80. They offered me a $15 credit/refund instead of the return. I would never purchase from this company again. AVOID

Order a 2XL heated vest from Hilipert. I received a vest that showed to be a 4XL, but when I tried it on it was much too small. Sizing is apparently a problem since the vest comes from China. Their advertising indicates a money back guarantee. After exchanging emails with their customer support, I was offered a $12 refund since the return shipping fee would be $50-$80 per their customer service rep. I would caution people to be aware that if you order a vest or in fact anything from Hilipert, if the product needs to be returned, the money guarantee means very little since it costs almost as much as the product to return it. Very disappointed after reading reviews about their 30-day money back guarantee, apparently less the exorbitant shipping charges. ONE STAR in this case is much too high.

SCAM - Ordered a neck massager. attempted to return it. emails to the trendinggadget email addresses provided were returned 'undelivered'. still trying as I wade through the different web sites . Looked legit, but in hindsight there were a number of red flags if I had looked deep enough. Why does Pay Pal do business with them?

I would rate it no stars if that was an option. This is a scam. Got my vest in and string was hanging off it when I unwrapped it. So I plug my battery in and it only heated up on one side the other side did not even have the wire ran to that side. The zipper is very pour quality. This does not matter but on the web site it said 3 days delivery and it was close to a month. Then I sent them a email they said I would need to send it back and that cost was on me for their crappy work. Shipping back to China was more than the vest.

Worst decision ever- to purchase a gift for Christmas for a beloved friend. Order did not arrive at all, let alone before Christmas. Order cannot be traced and subsequent inquiries put me off and assured delivery- without success! Poor customer service and frustrating follow up. I’ve asked for my money back… and crickets.

Scam. I should have read these reviews. The "GPS Dog Fence System" that I purchased for Xmas ended up being non-functional, set up buttons on the collar would not work after multiple attempts. When I checked into returning the item I came upon the same kind of problems others are reporting. PayPal should not allow these products.
