Plastic garbage bags that they call vests. Not only did they send the wrong sizes but the vests are thin, I don't see how they would keep you warm and the thin wire inside of them is an accident waiting to happen. I requested a return label, let's see how long that takes considering they shipped from China not the USA.

Total scam re: the seamless reading glasses. Don’t appear anything like advertised, cam in an unmarked plastic box; no “blue light” sticker, no brand name, just cheap gold wire-rimmed tacky bifocal glasses; and certainly you don’t need a hammer to totally destroy them; mere fingers will do the job. Fake advertising and a total waste of money. When you can’t actually leave a review on the website OR contact through a non-working “contact us” link, then BEWARE! I’m sending this one to the FTC as a complaint. I’m certain this review site also won’t be able to notify Hilipert about their total scam site.

Heliport gloves are junk

This company is awful. I ordered a heated vest based on their sizing chart. It was WAY too small. Reordered the biggest size, still too small. Worst of all they don't tell you it needs a separate power unit! I asked for a refund but to get it I have to send it back to China! That costs more than the vest.

I received my heated jacket. I plugged it in to charge it for the first day. Once charged, this jacket would not power up. It did turn on only when it was plugged into a power supply. It does not heat. I've asked to return my defective product, but I was informed that I needed to pay the shipping. The shipping costs as much as my jacket did. I'll be throwing my cheap, too small jacket in the trash. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HILLIPERT. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!!! IF I COULD RATE THEM AT ZERO STARS, I WOULD HAVE.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews as well. I got a dog collar that I don’t need anymore and nobody answers emails. I’m sticking with Amazon.

Ordered 4 pair of heated gloves said they was grey and rechargeable batteries that lasted 10 hours what I received was black gloves with battery boxes that you need to put AA batteries in. Only heated for 10 minutes then quit and won’t work at all and the email to this company has been removed so you can’t even have an email sent to them email Leo’s coming back as undeliverable

This heliport heated vest is Chinese junk. First my vest arrived with multiple tears. It doesn’t have a heat pad in the front as advertised. When I contacted customer service they said I had to pay to have it shipped back for a refund. I don’t think I should have to pay anything up front to return this junk and don’t trust them to acknowledge it was delivered. I’m now stuck with this piece of junk. They actually asked if I could sew it back together myself.
