No where on the website do they say returns have to go back to China, which is very costly. The product we got was of very poor quality, not as pictured at all, measurements off and no reference to how to install.This company has other brands like sandals called Libiyi. Same issues. Best way to avoid all this is to check where product is shipping from and don’t order if China. It may take research because I could not find any product reference as to origin on any of their products or brands.

I ordered 2 FitScaleX Smart Scales for my grandchildren for Christmas for a total of $219.99 of which $9.99 was shipping). The scales and percentages were WAY off to the point of showing that my young, tall, muscular and fit grandsons were obese. The scales were so far off that I returned them only to find that I had to pay over $80 to return them to China in order to get a refund. So even though I EVENTUALLY got a refund (took months), I was out the $80 for shipping to return to China. DO NOT BUY THESE SCALES.

Terrible product and customer service! Ordered two heated vests, arrived from location in CA. Product was cheaply made and required battery pack to be purchased. Hilipert wanted them to be returned to China, for $85.00. Sent them back to CA address, never heard anything. I purchased the “Blown glass hummingbird feeder”, came as plastic balls, very small and looking like a a box of very cheap Christmas ornaments, I would never hang them anywhere, very inferior to anything else I have displayed in my flower garden! Worse scam ever!

My wife bought us heated vest for motorcycle riding. Both were much to small. We contacted Hilipert and shipped them back to China. According to tracking the products arrived in China in early January. We have yet to hear from Hilipert or have received a refund.

Stay away from Hilipert Products. Not as advertised - Poor quality - Ships from China. Not Trustworthy. I ordered “Sherem wind chime Hummingbird Feeder” from Hilipert website. First - you do not find out which currency you are paying until after you order. I paid over $70can This was for my wife's 76th B-Day. Very disappointing! Second - what they shipped was not as advertised, inferior, totally useless products in place. Third - When you request to return the item you are faced with extremely high shipping cost back to China, more than the item is worth. So they already know that you won't pay big dollars to ship back 'garbage'. My order was for, as described: “Humming Bird Feeder with 6 Hand blown Art Glass Feeder Balls each expertly crafted by skilled artisans”. What was shipped was 6 thin plastic balls close to the size of a ping-pong balls, they have an applied solid printed pattern , each ball is in 2 halves that would never hold any liquid, Nothing at all resembling the videos and pictures on the website. Total Garbage! After contacting ‘support’ they told me to... “return item to China at a cost anywhere from $50 to $80 dollars”... After I said no, and that I prefer to leave an unfavorable review. Support then offered me $5 and asked me to return item to China. I refused that and repeated what I planned to do. Many Reviews regarding Hilipert Products are mostly negative, showing inferior products and false advertising. I wanted to leave Zero Stars, but wasn’t allowed.

Wore these socks because I have Raynaud's and thought they would help with my running in the cold weather. Were not warm at all on the first try. Now I am trying to get someone at Hilipert to answer my emails regarding how I am supposed to return them. Very disappointed. Don't buy these socks, not worth it.
